word vomit

there's a lot going on in our little house
and wayyyy to much on my mind for me to focus on any one thing.

so word vomit! enjoy :)

******************
I'm on track to run the 5K here in early March. I am so excited.
and I know a 5K is nothing compared to a lot of runners
but considering this momma hadn't run in 17 months {?}
I'm impressed with how far I've come in just a month.

******************
Tyler got snipped today.
no more babies for this little family.
it was not nearly as an emotional decision as I thought it would be.
we love our little ladies and couldn't be any happier.
we feel so blessed.
Tyler and all his girls... it's the perfect equation for this family.

******************
the PX has recently put these signs up.
"lock your car. hide your things. take your keys."

I can't help but think of Antoine Dodson every. single. time I see them
don't judge me.

******************
there have been moments I've questioned our decision to get a dog.
like yesterday for example because by 7:15 a.m. I'd already stepped in her vomit.
not just once but twice.
{mind you we would never give her up, she is family. but that doesn't stop me from threatening her that I'll sell her for lunch meat.}
but then I would miss moments like this.
and it makes the dog vomit {almost} ok.

Gosh I want Paul to get snipped so bad...that way we'd save some money on birth control each month. He hasn't warmed up to the idea yet. I'll be patiently waiting until he does, although, I guess I could refuse sex until he gets it done :)

That's so fun about the PX...as soon as I read what it says, that Dodson thing popped in my head, then I scroll down and you've got the vid...lol

I love doggies. We're moving into a house now, maybe I can get us a big doggie sometime. Not at the moment...but when we get our finances in order, most def!

BTW, I changed the link to my blog and my blog name...I thought it would update itself and no one would have problems finding me...but it seems they have, so here I am, Samantha of On the Couch that is now called The Chronicles of We & here's the link: http://www.thechroniclesofthed.blogspot.com :)

I can totally relate. Got home yesterday and Oliver had thrown up on the carpet in the guest room. Ugh!

Love that you said, "snipped." B will definitely have that going on one day! :)

I love it when I'm petting Brandi, talking baby talk to her, almost right in her face, and she vomits on my shoes. PRICELESS I'm tellin' ya!! ;o)

YAY for the 5k!!!! I can't even run for 5min, so I'm totally calling you my hero. :o)

I am so proud of you!!! You've stuck with it!!! And a 5K actually IS a huge deal!

Cory got snipped about 5 years ago. I haven't truly regretted it since. I admit, there's been times I *thought* it might be nice to have another (normally when a close friend tells me she's pregnant) but when I actually sit down and think about everything that would mean, I remember exactly how perfect my little family already is. :o) Yay for no more BC pills!!!!

Love these updates. Yay for the 5k. That's a definite accomplishment. I've got to get remotivated.

My hubby got snipped last fall. It was no big deal. And I also don't regret it. I did stay on bc because my body went haywire without it.

Tom refuses to get snipped. He's all, "Do you know what they DO?" in this horrified voice.
