favorites: make me pretty

the fab nicole and I have decided to make pintervention parties an every other week thing.
mostly because although I am creative... between both girls, the house, the hubs, selling Scentsy, FRG stuff and the other random activities I squeeze in... creating a project a week? well this momma was stretched thin.

so I've decided on the off weeks to do posts of favorites
this week?
things that make me pretty.
I'm on a beauty binge.
humor me.

my old dryer was sparking and burnt hair? not my style.
so a new dryer was in order.
I'd had the same one for nearly two years and it was a quick "run in because I was in a pinch" buy...
I did some research this time and Infiniti had aaaamazing reviews.
I am obsessed.

holy moisturizing batman!
I have seriously dry skin and this 0% humidity, desert climate was doing me no favors.
I was in Sephora and the lady gave me a sample and I was hooked. at the end of the day my face still felt soft and moisturized but not greasy or heavy at all. looooves it.

I needed new makeup brushes but wasn't able to{couldn't justify} spending the money on them.
enter sigma beauty.
their brushes have amazing reviews {comparable to MAC} but wayyyy better prices.
I swear my makeup looks better when it's applied with better brushes.
I'm happy.

I basically don't have words to describe how much I love this.
I have tried a lot of concealers.
a lot.
{bobbi brown, clinique, covergirl, loreal, lancome, mac}
but this stuff? miracles. it literally erases the awesome dark circles under my eyes.

so there you go.
my current beauty obsessions.
go forth and shop.

my circles are suddenly horrendous. perhaps that's what five years without sleeping through the night does to you. i'm going to try out your eraser. and i should really invest in some brushes too.

You are a great sales woman! Or may be you just like great things. When you talk about products I'm always thinking, "oh, I like that!" Like the Age Rewind Eraser--pretty sure I need that. :)

I have had the same hair dryer since 5th grade. :o) I keep wanting to buy a new one, but this one STILL works!

What I will get is that philosophy moisturizer! I am just about out of the stuff I ordered from Avon that DID turn me all greasy at first. Yuck.
